The Alcott team has grown once again! It is our pleasure to announce the addition of Allie Phipps as our newest Account Manager.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Allie was previously a Sales Assistant in television advertising in Atlanta before moving back to her hometown of Nashville, Tenn. She then worked as an Account Manager at TN Media where she managed large accounts in verticals including travel and tourism, higher education and healthcare.
Allie will be managing accounts on behalf of clients in key segments including healthcare, higher education and financial services. We thought we'd do a quick interview with her for today's post.
What's one thing you'd like your new coworkers and clients to know about you?
I am extremely organized and prefer 10 lists over none. I am also addicted to the show "Tiny House Hunters" right now. I can't wrap my head around people living as a family of five in 300 square feet!
How do you hope to contribute to the Alcott team?
I'm hoping to bring a new and fresh perspective as well as exceptional client service to help grow new business.
How do you want clients to feel about their interactions with you?
I want clients to always feel important and know that they have someone to listen to their concerns and problems and will find a solution.
Why does marketing matter to you? What about it drives you?
The targeting aspect of marketing has always interested me - finding the exact audience for a particular client and finding ways to get them in front of the correct audience is exciting to me.
What would you be doing if you weren't in marketing?
I would love to open a bookstore, mostly so I can read all the new books. Kindles, iPads, and whatever else the future brings make this option not extremely viable or profitable, sadly!
Is there one thing in your career of which you're particularly proud?
Anytime I provide outstanding results that make a client happy is when I feel most proud!
We are confident Allie will go above and beyond for our clients and allow us to continue to serve them to the very best of our ability. If you'd like to shoot her a message to congratulate her on her new role, you can reach her at email@example.com.
